Every year on the anniversary of my father‘s death, I drive to Fremont and stop at the same flower shop before heading to his grave. This year, it was the Friday before Mother’s Day, and by the time I got to my usual flower shop, they were completely sold out. I was initially panicked until I saw that Angels was nearby. It was strange when I pulled up in front of a house on a residential street, but when I knocked on the door, it was answered by an extremely kind woman who immediately let us in to her garage to hand pick a bouquet to take to the cemetery. It was so reasonably priced and they were so sweet, it made what is always a difficult day that much easier. I can’t recommend them enough.

I was trying to find a way to contact the florist to let them know my feedback on my recent order but unfortunately they do not have an email or chat service and I am not able to contact through phone call. I just wanted to share my disappointment that the flower arrangement I ordered unfortunately looks nothing like what was depicted on the posting. The flowers which were delivered to my friend to congratulate her marriage were a different shape, different vase and most disappointing, the volume of flowers was half of what was depicted online. There wasn’t even any roses at all in this as shown in the website. For the costs of flowers these days and the almost $13 delivery fee, I honestly expected to get what I ordered at a bare minimum. Additionally, Though the bow was thoughtful, I actually did not find it appropriate for the occasion as it gave much more a baby shower flair than nuptials celebration. Other florists I have used also share a pre delivery photo sneak peek of the arrangement and also notify you when the delivery is on the way and when it’s been delivered. Susana is an angel! She truly cares about the quality of her work and the service she provides. She created several large arrangements for a memorial service and even took it upon herself to coordinate a drop off time with the chapel to ensure the flowers were set up prior to the service.

Susana is very helpful and caring. Her creations didn't disappoint, flowers were absolutely beautiful and the arrangement was amazing. I would definitely recommend this florist. Thank you, Susana!
